1.1 These Music Submission Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the submitting Artist ("Artist") and Mexo FM ("Mexo FM", "we", "our", or "us").
1.2 By submitting any music, audio recording, artwork, biography, photographs, videos, or any other promotional material to Mexo FM through our website, email, online submission forms, social media platforms, messaging services, cloud storage links, or any other official submission method, the Artist automatically accepts these Terms & Conditions in full without the need for a handwritten or electronic signature.
1.3 The act of submitting music to Mexo FM shall constitute the Artist's legal acceptance of this Agreement and shall have the same force and effect as signing a written contract.
1.4 Upon submission, the Artist and Mexo FM immediately enter into a legally binding promotional licensing agreement under these Terms & Conditions.
1.5 If the Artist does not agree with any provision contained in this Agreement, the Artist must not submit any material to Mexo FM.
4.1 By submitting music to Mexo FM, the Artist grants Mexo FM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the submitted material solely for the purposes of promoting both the Artist and Mexo FM.
4.2 This licence includes, but is not limited to, the right to:
4.3 This licence is granted without any obligation on Mexo FM to pay royalties, licence fees, airplay fees, or any other form of financial compensation.
5.1 Mexo FM agrees that submitted music shall be used only for official Mexo FM purposes.
5.2 Mexo FM may publish, stream, broadcast, or promote the submitted music only through its official platforms, including but not limited to:
5.3 Mexo FM shall not sell, transfer, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise provide the submitted music to any third party for commercial exploitation without the prior written consent of the Artist, except where required by law or where necessary to facilitate the operation of Mexo FM's official broadcasting, streaming, hosting, or social media services.
5.4 Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the submitted music to Mexo FM.
5.5 The Artist retains full ownership and copyright of all submitted material at all times.
8.1 The Artist understands and agrees that Mexo FM is a music promotion platform.
8.2 Airplay and promotion are provided solely as promotional opportunities.
8.3 Mexo FM does not pay:
8.4 The Artist expressly waives any claim against Mexo FM for royalties or compensation arising solely from the authorised promotional use of the submitted material under this Agreement.
21.1 By submitting music to Mexo FM, the Artist confirms that they:
NO PHYSICAL OR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED. THE ARTIST'S SUBMISSION OF MUSIC TO MEXO FM CONSTITUTES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CREATES A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ARTIST AND MEXO FM.
